# 2026 Graphic Designer Associate## •### @LouisvilleBatsPosted on 11/12/2025•Intern## Job DescriptionLouisville Bats Baseball Club**2026 Graphic Designer Associate**\*\*Louisville Bats Baseball Team: \*\*The Louisville Bats are the Class Triple-A baseball team, affiliated with the Cincinnati Reds, owned and operated by Diamond Baseball Holdings (DBH) which competes in the International League. This is an excellent opportunity to begin your career in Minor League Baseball and the sports industry. This internship will provide you with a greater understanding of not only Production & Game Entertainment, but a general look at many different aspects, including ticket sales, marketing, radio, media relations, partnerships/sponsors, and customer service.**Job Summary:** The Louisville Bats are seeking a part-time Graphic Designer to help create graphics for email campaigns, social media, digital platforms, advertising, in-stadium video boards, sponsorship, and more. Will work directly with Graphic Designer \*\*Duties & Responsibilities: \*\** Create graphics per brand standards* Develop a variety of Louisville Bats marketing materials including print and digital pieces* Design creative for video boards in the ballpark* Develop illustrations, logos, and other designs for promotional nights throughout the season* Build campaign templates and one-off graphics for Social Media use* Assist with Social Media requests* Assist with partnership proposals as needed* Meet tight deadlines and deliverables on time\*\*Qualifications & Experience: \*\** Excellent design sense and deep understanding of graphic design trend and social strategies* Detail-oriented, especially under deadline pressure and managing multiple projects at onc* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign* Ability to work and communicate with printers to produce final printed designs* Knowledge or experience in motion design is a plus* Experience designing LED boards, email campaigns, infographics, digital advertising, presentations, social media content, print, sponsorship, internal communications, and more* Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Graphic Design or related field* Minimum 1 year of design and brand experience* Knowledge of baseball is a plus* 300 total hours available to Undergraduate/Graduate student enrolled in a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree program.* 20 hours per week – before start of season (2026 season begins Friday, March 27th).* Max of 39 hours per week during the season**Compensation Options:**· Paid + can accrue class credit hours.· Housing not provideContact:Max Oxley – moxley@batsbaseball.com for more informationWe are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, age, disability, gender identity, marital or veteran status, or any other protected class.LocationHybridLouisville, KentuckyPayPay not disclosedSimilar roles/responsibilitiesGraphic ArtistGraphic DesignerGraphic Design Intern #J-18808-Ljbffr
