Serves as first point of contact for internal and external customers
Answers and screens incoming calls
Greets scheduled visitors
Opens and routes incoming mail and correspondence and prepares outgoing mail
Composes, analyzes, and distributes correspondence, memorandums, spreadsheets, and other documents as requested
Coordinates logistics for meetings
File employee documents into system of record
Maintains office supply inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needs, and placing orders
Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventative maintenance requirements, calling for repairs and maintaining equipment inventory
Maintains solid customer and store employee relationships by handling questions and concerns with professionalism
Represents Company values professionally in the community and at public gatherings
Delivers high quality work, effectively and efficiently; displays broad understanding of Company Culture
Completes work in a timely and accurate manner while providing exceptional customer service
Other duties as assigned
A minimum of one year of recent administrative experience in an office environment is preferred.
Basic level computer experience, including Microsoft Office 365, is necessary
Excellent communication, organizational, detail-oriented, and problem-solving skills are required
The ability to work efficiently under pressure, accurately meet deadlines, present a professional demeanor, and work well independently is essential
Customer service skills, including the ability to manage and respond to different customer situations while maintaining a positive and friendly attitude are essential
Ability to quickly build relationships across the organization is crucial
Troubleshooting, organizational, and problem-solving skills with a can-do attitude and the ability to adjust to changing requirements are essential
The ability to work within a team and serve as a trusted expert for assigned duties is crucial
Maintaining confidentiality, treating others with respect and upholding Company values is key
This position requires a high school diploma or GED. Additional college level administrative, computer or business-related classes are beneficial.
Normal work days are Monday through Friday. Occasional Saturdays and Sundays may be necessary.
Normal work hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Additional hours may be necessary.
Repetitive Movements - A substantial amount of simple and firm grasping, fine manipulating, handwriting and computer keyboard/mouse usage is required.
