The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for a range of clerical and administrative tasks including data entry, managing correspondence, running reports, and supporting executive with office management activities. Other tasks will include answering and directing phone calls with professionalism, assisting with communication between team members and clients, and providing general administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Qualifications Strong skills in Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance to manage daily office operations effectively. Excellent Phone Etiquette and Communication skills to interact professionally with team members, clients, and stakeholders. Proficiency in Clerical Skills, including data entry, record-keeping, and document organization. Ability to multitask and prioritize work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Working knowledge of office tools, such as email, spreadsheets, and word-processing software. Prior experience in administrative roles preferred. A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
