SignalXi is Growing - HIRING IMMEDIATELY!

About the Role

SignalXi is hiring outgoing, driven B2B Sales Representatives to promote and sell AT&T business solutions directly to local businesses. You'll be the face of AT&T for business owners and decision-makers in the Frisco, TX area — building relationships, identifying needs, and closing deals that help businesses stay connected.

No B2B sales experience? No problem —  we provide full training. If you're professional, persistent, and coachable, we'll teach you the rest.

What You'll Do

• Visit local businesses in person to introduce AT&T business products and services
• Identify decision-makers and build relationships with business owners/managers
• Present tailored solutions based on each business's needs
• Guide business owners through sign-up and onboarding
• Track and report daily outreach, meetings, and sales activity
• Maintain a pipeline of leads and follow up consistently

What We're Looking For

• Professional, confident communicator comfortable walking into businesses cold
• Self-motivated with strong follow-through
• Reliable transportation to visit multiple business locations across the Frisco, TX area daily
• Comfortable with a full-time, Monday–Friday schedule
• Prior B2B, retail, or customer-facing sales experience a plus —  but not required, we will train you
• Must be 18+

Compensation & Perks

• Hourly base pay  plus uncapped commission on every business signed
• Paid training
• Full-time schedule with consistent weekly hours
• Opportunity to grow into senior rep or team lead roles as we expand

Schedule: Tuesday–Saturday, standard business hours
