About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Information Officer to provide strategic technology leadership and guide enterprise IT direction. The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping and leading the technology roadmap, ensuring that IT strategy, operations, and transformation priorities align with business objectives. This executive will also direct integration programs related to acquisitions, oversee the unification of diverse technology platforms, and advance modernization initiatives within a complex business environment. Collaboration with senior leadership to define the future technology operating model and align IT investments with organizational priorities is a key aspect of the role. Applicants for the CIO position at the company should have a proven track record in a senior IT executive or CIO-level leadership role within complex organizations. Strong experience in leading technology integration during mergers, acquisitions, or periods of rapid expansion is essential, as is the ability to modernize legacy platforms while maintaining business continuity.
