Class B CDL Driver - Local Deliveries


Austin, TX
Full-Time | Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM
Pay: $22/hr


We are looking for a responsible and safety-focused Class B CDL Driver to join our team. In this role, you'll handle local deliveries in the Austin area, ensuring timely and accurate transportation of stock to customers. This position includes preparing, loading, and delivering materials while maintaining all DOT regulations and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate a Class B commercial vehicle to complete deliveries throughout the Austin area and surrounding regions.
• Load and unload materials carefully to prevent damage during transit.
• Ensure your vehicle is well-fueled and maintained before each route.
• Communicate professionally with clients and supervisors regarding delays, issues, or special delivery instructions.
• Take routine rest breaks and maintain alertness on the road.
• Complete all required delivery documentation, tolls, and expense logs .
• Report any vehicle or route issues immediately for resolution.

What We're Looking For:

• Valid Class B CDL license .
• Previous experience operating commercial delivery vehicles.
• Familiarity with GPS and navigation tools .
• Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and safety practices.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently .
• Strong physical stamina for loading/unloading and long periods of driving.
