Children who are finally able to sleep through the night and are getting better because of ear infections. Your attention to detail and follow through would be a big part of seeing lives changed.

We’re looking for a Clinic Coordinator to be the heartbeat of our patient experience, someone who knows every patient’s story, keeps the day flowing, and makes sure nothing falls through the cracks. Half of this role is people, half is details, and both halves matter just as much. The details are not optional here. A missed follow-up, a wrong number, an unconfirmed appointment is a patient who doesn’t get the care they need.

WHAT YOU’LL OWN

• The patient experience, start to finish: answering phones, scheduling, greeting patients, and checking them in and out with warmth
• Patient flow throughout the day, keeping the schedule accurate and the doctor on track
• Knowing your patients: who’s new, who’s due for a re-exam, who needs a follow-up call, who’s coming up on a care plan renewal
• Patient records and documentation, entered accurately and kept current
• Collecting payments and helping patients understand their care plans
• Keeping the office clean, organized, and welcoming for every person who walks in

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Someone who genuinely likes people and remembers the details about them
• Meticulous and precise. If you’re told a name, a number, or an instruction once, you get it right, and if you’re not sure, you double-check rather than guess
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment (healthcare experience a plus, not required)
• Warm with patients, careful with the details
• Someone who sees this as more than a desk job, because the details you manage are what let patients actually get well

THIS IS NOT THE RIGHT FIT IF

• You need someone to micromanage you
• Small errors in data entry or scheduling don’t bother you
• You tend to move from job to job every year or so

HOURS

This position has the opportunity for full-time hours. We’re a bit unique in how our schedule works. We have set clinic hours when our doors are open and we’re seeing patients. Outside of those hours, there is additional time needed each week for admin work, callbacks, follow-ups, and getting things done behind the scenes. Because of this, the exact start and end time of your day can shift slightly week to week depending on what the clinic needs, but you’ll always know your schedule in advance.

Here is an example of what a typical week could look like:

• Monday: 7:00am-12:30pm, 2:00-6:30pm
• Tuesday: 12:30-6:00pm
• Wednesday: 7:00-11:30am, 12:30-3:30pm
• Thursday: 11:00am-6:30pm
• Friday: 9:30am-2:00pm

PAY & BENEFITS

$18-23/hour, based on experience
