MCCC is committed to the growth of the mental health profession and is pleased to offer internship opportunities for students seeking placement in their final year of their graduate program. Clinical interns can expect to provide individual therapy, co-facilitate group therapy, participate in clinical consultations and work on other projects as directed.

Description

Intern Responsibilities:

• Provide individual therapy under supervision
• Co-facilitate therapy groups, including DBT groups (evening sessions may occur 6-8 PM)
• Participate in clinical consultations and team meetings
• Complete school-related collateral assignments, such as process recordings and reflections
• Support additional projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum commitment of three days per week
• Flexibility to attend occasional evening sessions
