Location:Toledo HospitalDepartment:PharmacyWeekly Hours:40Status:Full timeShift:Afternoons (United States of America)Job Summary:As the Clinical Pharmacist, you provide comprehensive inpatient pharmacy services, including drug distribution, IV admixture preparation, medical therapy management, drug information dissemination, and compliance with controlled substance regulations. In this role, you directly supervise pharmacy support personnel. The above summary is intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed in this role. It should not be considered exhaustive. SCHEDULE40 hrs Full TimeStaggerd start time – 1230pm, 2 pm or 3 pm. They are on the time slot the entire week.No weekends, 2-3 holidays per year, no on callREQUIREMENTS Pharm D degree or Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy with post-2006 experience Ability to manipulate sterile and non-sterile products as needed for compounding, ability to utilize electronic health record Registered Pharmacist, licensed in good standing in Michigan and Ohio. Single facility-based pharmacists must retain state licensure per site location. PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS Prefer experience in hospital pharmacy services including unit dose, IV admixtures, and fielding provider questions Experience in inpatient or acute care BLS ProMedica is a mission-driven, not-for-profit health care organization headquartered in Toledo, Ohio.
