Job Title: Commercial / Office Cleaner

Location: Macomb County, Utica

Schedule: Full-time, Part-Time, Flexible Shifts

Position Overview
We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Janitorial/Cleaning Associates to help maintain clean, safe, and welcoming environments across a variety of work settings. This role is ideal for individuals who take pride in their work, value consistency, and enjoy contributing to well-maintained spaces. Opportunities are available in office buildings, retail locations, and commercial facilities throughout Macomb County.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform routine janitorial duties, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and trash removal
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, common areas, and workspaces
• Replenish supplies such as paper products, soap, and cleaning materials
• Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and tools safely and effectively
• Follow all safety procedures, cleaning protocols, and company standards
• Identify and report maintenance issues or supply needs to supervisors
• Ensure all assigned areas meet cleanliness and sanitation expectations

Job Qualifications & Requirements

• Reliable, punctual, and committed to consistent attendance
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Previous janitorial or cleaning experience preferred, but not required-training available
• Ability to lift 25 pounds or more and remain on your feet for extended periods
• Comfortable performing repetitive tasks and physical work
• Must successfully pass a background check
