This is a 1099 Independent Contractor role for someone who wants to operate with total independence while having the backing of a powerhouse production team. We don’t hold hands—we provide the tools and get out of the way so you can win.

Your Mission: 

You will be the primary point of contact for homeowners in your territory. From the first knock on the door to the final signature, you own the process. This involves lead generation, roof inspections, and guiding clients through the insurance process. If you are someone who likes to take charge and make things happen, you will thrive in this environment.
