Responsibilities Manage and Optimize Google Ads (Highest Priority) Improve Lead Generation & Conversion SEO Optimization (Ongoing Growth) Website Updates & Improvements Google Merchant Center & Product Listings Performance Tracking & Reporting Must Have Proven experience managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns (Search, Shopping, or Performance Max) Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals and on-page optimization Ability to track, analyze, and report on performance metrics (cost per lead, conversions, ROI) Familiarity with website platforms or CMS tools (ability to make basic edits and updates) Familiarity with local SEO strategies and Google Business Profile optimization Nice to have (Growth opportunities) Comfortable collaborating in a small business environment and contributing ideas for growth Basic design skills (Canva, Adobe, or similar tools) for simple marketing assets Experience working with CRM or ERP systems (such as Odoo or similar) Ability to write or improve SEO-focused website content Position Overview We are looking for a detail-oriented and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to help improve and manage our online presence.
