Job Description
The Deschutes Brewery Bend Public House is looking for enthusiastic part-time Dishwashers, who are driven, excel in a fast-paced kitchen, and are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness and safety. A sense of urgency, attention to detail and commitment to quality are required! Position starts at $18. Must be able to work nights and weekends! Duties include but are not limited to:Presoak and scrub all silverwarePre-rinse all dishes & pots with sprayerLoad silverware, dishes, and pots into dishwashing machine and run machineUnload machine and inspect dishes for remaining food particles, rewashing as necessaryAdhere to required sanitation standardsRestock silverware and plates at as necessaryResponsible or emptying trash, compost, and recycling Requirements of the position:Be positive and team orientedStrong work ethic Has a professional attitude and appearanceEvening and weekend availability Strong organizational and excellent communication skills What's In It For You?Competitive Compensation - $18/HR plus tipsSick and Holiday Pay 401(k) with employer matchEmployee Stock Ownership after 1 year (you get to be a co-owner of Deschutes Brewery!!)Free Deschutes Brewery Beer for those 21+!
