Base Pay Range $24.00/hr - $28.00/hr Responsibilities Operate and maintain unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) safely during all phases of ground and flight operations, including emergency procedures. Coordinate flight schedules, airspace access, and resource allocation for UAV missions. Support integration and testing of UAV systems and related technologies. Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams; maintain professionalism and responsiveness. Perform routine inspections and ensure compliance with operational standards. Travel as needed for project assignments; occasional weekend work may be required. Complete additional tasks and duties as assigned. Qualifications FAA Part 107 certification required. Minimum 2-3 years of UAV flight and technical experience. At least 2-3 years of geospatial experience required. Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D; familiarity with Leica Cyclone is a plus. Prior land surveying experience (1-3 years) preferred but not mandatory. Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work with clients and team members at all levels. Skills & Knowledge Understanding of UAV operations, airspace coordination, and safety protocols. Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and maintain UAV systems. Knowledge of surveying principles and geospatial data collection. Comfortable using CAD software and related tools for project deliverables. Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on feet for extended periods (8+ hours). Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions (heat, cold, humidity, rain).
