Our client, a leader in developing and manufacturing products for the world’s top beauty brands, is looking to elevate our email marketing program and drive stronger customer engagement, retention, and revenue. We are seeking an experienced Email Marketer with deep Klaviyo expertise who can own strategy development, execution, optimization, and reporting for our growing brand. This role will focus on areas such as including segmentation, automation flows, campaigns, and performance analytics - to meaningfully improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversions. The ideal candidate combines a strategic mindset with hands‑on ability, and has prior experience supporting beauty, indie, or emerging brands. Location : 100% Remote Pay Rate: $40-43/hr. Hours : Around 5 hours/week Key Responsibilities: Develop a comprehensive email marketing strategy aligned with brand goals and customer lifecycle. Build, optimize, and manage Klaviyo flows (welcome, post‑purchase, win‑back, abandoned cart, loyalty, etc.). Create targeted segmentation strategies to drive higher engagement and personalized communication. Audit current email practices and identify opportunities for improvement across content, design, cadence, and deliverability. Analyze email performance and provide ongoing insights, testing recommendations, and optimization plans. Manage regular campaign sends—including calendar planning, execution, A/B testing, and reporting. Collaborate with the leadership team to align email strategy with broader marketing initiatives. Provide weekly updates on performance, progress, and recommendations. Required Skills & Experience 3–5+ years of hands‑on email marketing experience, with strong expertise in Klaviyo . Proven track record improving open rates, CTRs, conversions, and list health. Experience creating and optimizing automated lifecycle flows. Strong understanding of list segmentation, subscriber growth tactics, and deliverability best practices. Comfort analyzing data and translating insights into strategic recommendations. Ability to work independently and proactively in a remote environment. Preferred Experience Experience in the beauty category, particularly with indie or emerging brands .
