Found It Lower Agent

The Found It Lower Agent at Discount Tire is responsible for providing customers with a seamless and exceptional experience during price match inquiries. This position involves handling customer price match requests, collecting information from customer surveys and creating personalized price match quotes. The Agent ensures that the customer experience is inviting, easy, and safe throughout the interaction.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Handles customer price match requests submitted through the website.
• Ensures a seamless and positive customer experience by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Communicates with customers about their price match quotes, providing detailed and accurate information.
• Utilizes customer survey information to create personalized price match quotes.
• Resolves customer issues independently whenever possible, escalating more complex cases to senior team members or the Assistant Manager when necessary.
• Utilizes problem-solving skills to provide effective solutions and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Stays updated with company policies, procedures, and product changes to provide accurate and current information to customers.
• Meets business defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Qualifications

• A minimum of one year of sales, customer service, or related experience is preferred.
• Automotive, Tire industry or Discount Tire store experience is preferred.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have a minimum typing speed of 20 words per minute with a high degree of accuracy.
• Basic understanding of products and services the Company offers is necessary.
• Basic level computer experience, including skills in Microsoft Word and Excel, is necessary.
• Ability to build professional relationships with customers and cross functional teams.
• The ability to work successfully independently and within a team is necessary.
• In addition, organizational and problem-solving skills, a can-do attitude, and the ability to adjust to changing requirements are essential.
• Maintaining confidentiality, treating others with respect and upholding Company values are key attributes.

Educational Requirements

• This position requires a high school diploma or GED.
• Must complete and pass Tire, Wheel, & Fitment Basics within 30 days of hire date.

Work Days

Normal work days are Monday through Friday. Occasional Saturdays and Sundays may be necessary.

Work Hours

Normal work hours are anywhere between 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m, working 40 hours per week.
