Responsibilities Partner with founders and senior engineering to define hiring needs and ideal candidate profiles. Understand and translate company culture, values, and vision to potential candidates. Source and engage candidates passionately, using referrals, outbound, and creative tactics. Vet, screen, and manage the full hiring process—from interviews to offers—and ensure a great candidate experience. Contribute to onboarding, employer branding, and candidate experience projects as needed. Lead compensation conversations and negotiations. Track recruiting metrics and performance to continuously improve recruiting processes. Do whatever it takes to hire the best candidates and deliver an outstanding hiring experience. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in full‑cycle recruiting. Ability to quickly understand a product or market new to you. Strong instincts for sourcing and outbound; treat top‑of‑funnel like a sales motion. Relentless follow‑through and attention to detail; you don’t drop balls. Clear, confident written and verbal communication; can pitch Rue Four effectively. Passion for transmitting enthusiasm and seeking out curious, driven, hungry talent.
