Job Description

Our client, a university support organization, is looking for a freelance Email Marketing Manager to assist their team! This is a fully remote role and will be 40 hours per week for the next 3-4 weeks, with potential to extend!

The Email Marketing Manager will:
- Build, test, and deploy email campaigns within Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email Studio) and support automated customer journeys in Journey Builder
- Execute campaigns across key lifecycle stages, perform thorough QA, coordinate with creative and CRM teams, support A/B testing, and monitor performance metrics to optimize engagement

The Email Marketing Manager has:
- Ideally 4+ years of email marketing or marketing automation experience with hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud expertise, particularly Email Studio and Journey Builder
- Strong attention to detail, experience with email reporting and QA, familiarity with lifecycle marketing, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment are required
- Any HTML / CSS experience and proficiency in Mailchimp (or other marketing automation platform) is nice to have, but not required
