Gas Operations Production Technician I Summary

As an Irritant Smoke Technician, you’ll play a vital role in our production team within the Irritant Smoke Production facility. This position offers hands-on experience and the opportunity to develop specialized skills in a unique manufacturing environment.

Shifts & Pay Rates

• 1st Shift: $18.00 / hr | 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM

What You Will Do & Who We Are Looking For

• No experience required! We provide full hands-on training.
• Processing chemicals into mixes for smoke irritants
• Granulating these mixes for pressing into various products
• Adding starter compounds and preparing materials for further production

Strict Employment Requirements

Because we manufacture high-quality defense and law enforcement security products, all hires must meet these federal and safety standards:

• Pass a pre-employment drug screening & continuous random drug testing.
• Pass a federal Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms (ATF) criminal background check.

Qualifications

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail
• Physical capability to stand for 8–10 hours and lift 50 lbs. (and move up to 100 lbs.)
• Skilled hand-eye coordination for various tasks
• Flexibility to adapt to different duties and protective gear requirements
• Be able to work in varying temperatures

• Tyvek suit
• Nitrile gloves 2 pairs
• Rubber boots
