Front Desk Agents are responsible for greeting guests, checking guests in and out, verifying reservations, processing payments, issuing room keys, and answering questions about hotel services and local attractions. Employees handle phone calls, assist with booking reservations, resolve guest concerns or complaints, coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance regarding room status, and ensure the front desk and lobby area remain organized and professional at all times. This position typically pays $16 to $35 per hour depending on location, experience, shift, and hotel type, with higher pay often available for overnight shifts, high-end properties, and supervisory-level front desk roles. Full-time employees may be eligible for benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, 401(k) with company match, Hilton employee hotel discounts, paid holidays, and opportunities for advancement into supervisor or management roles.
