Position Overview

We are currently seeking motivated HVAC Apprentices to support our journeyman installers with residential duct system installations. This is a great opportunity to learn a skilled trade from experienced professionals and build a long-term career in the HVAC industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist journeyman technicians with installation of residential HVAC duct systems
• Support all phases of installation, including rough-in and finish work
• Work collaboratively with team members on job sites
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Follow safety procedures and company standards
• Learn tools, materials, and installation techniques to grow into an independent role

Qualifications

• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Basic construction or mechanical experience preferred (not required)
• Dependable, punctual, and motivated
• Ability to handle physical labor and job site conditions
