We are seeking a Receiving & Intake Specialist to manage the front end of our supply chain. Unlike a high-speed picking role, this position requires a methodical, meticulous approach to verifying every single item that enters our facility.
What You'll Be Doing
- Meticulous Intake: Manually counting individual products within incoming shipments to ensure they match our purchase orders exactly.
- Detailed Sorting: Organizing inventory by specific attributes-such as flavor, color, size, or SKU-to ensure the warehouse stays organized.
- Returns Processing: Assisting the returns department by inspecting incoming customer returns, documenting their condition, and updating inventory records.
- Inventory Handling: A mix of stationary work (detailed counting and sorting at a station) and physical work (stacking boxes and moving pallets to prepare for intake).

- The \"Attendance All-Star\": Reliability is non-negotiable. Our inventory flow depends on you being here at 7:30 AM sharp.
- The \"Human Calculator\": You are excellent at manual counting and double-checking your work. You notice when a shipment is even one item short.
- Hyper-Organized: You naturally prefer order over chaos and enjoy the process of sorting and categorizing items.
- Versatility: You are comfortable sitting for extended periods for detailed work, but also willing to jump up and move heavy boxes when the truck arrives.
