Position Summary The Junior Product Manager for Compression (e.g., bandaging, garments, wraps) is a member of the Marketing Group, reporting to the Marketing Mgr-NA. She/he must possess a commitment and dedication to the L&R Corporate values of providing the highest quality products, superior customer service with good product knowledge and compassion to our customers including patients, therapists, and medical professionals. Primary Responsibilities The Junior Product Manager is responsible for supporting product lifecycle management and realization of financial goals. Develops and implements marketing and selling strategies for new and existing brands and products. Provides product and brand input for development and implementation of advertising, promotion and public relations campaigns. Assists in training sales team on new and existing brand and product lines. Organizes and manages all school and conference activity. Participates and leads product development projects from research, ideation and product concept to development and launch. Develops relationships with potential product suppliers, distributors, clinicians and key opinion leaders (KOLs). Initiates market research studies, analyzes their findings and integrates data into product management. Uses sales forecasting and/or strategic planning to ensure the sale and profitability of products, analyzing business developments and monitoring market trends. Champions new product development, and performs all the market and economic analysis related to new product development and/or modification to existing products. Prepares marketing plans, business reviews, budgets and forecasts. Collaborates cross-functionally with Marketing Group (US, International) and all other internal and external key stakeholders. Prepares and manages product line communications, content development and messaging; internal and external. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field is preferred 1+ years experience as a business associate in medical device; preferably Lymphedema/Compression. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in the English language including the ability to relate and empathize with diverse customers including patients, therapists and medical professionals. Ability to organize, multi-task, plan and set priorities with minimal supervision. Ability to work independently and in team settings. Ability to exercise good judgment with a strong attention to detail. Strong interpersonal communication skills and the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships across all levels of the Company. Demonstrated poise, tact and diplomacy with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information and situations. Ability to present ideas and concepts creatively, including using creativity when developing and branding of both marketing and promotional materials. Ability to multi-task and prioritize between various tasks as they arise.Ability to successfully execute initiatives on time and in-budget. Maintains a professional image that reflects positively on the company. Intermediate computer and word processing skills, in particular Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and CRM, ERP, Web, social media and digital marketing tools, SEO/SEM. Physical Demands Ability to perform job function in an office setting with occasional standing and walking is required. Ability to sit for extended periods of time. Ability to read computer screens and mail. Ability to unpack and move supplies up to 50 pounds. National and international travel required (40%-60%).
