What You'll Do Serve as the first point of contact for clients by managing incoming phone calls, emails, and general inquiries with professionalism and empathy. Schedule appointments, consultations, meetings, court dates, and deadlines while maintaining organized attorney calendars. Prepare, organize, and maintain legal documents, correspondence, and client files within electronic systems. Draft and distribute professional correspondence and other administrative communications. Assist with electronic court filings and legal document management. Participate in Zoom meetings with clients and attorneys as needed. Take detailed notes during meetings and ensure accurate documentation. Update and maintain information within the firm’s case management system. What We’re Looking For Prior experience in a legal administrative, legal assistant, executive assistant, or professional office support role. Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently, stay focused, and manage priorities in a remote work environment. A self-starter who is dependable, accountable, and takes ownership of their responsibilities. Comfortable learning new technology and working within electronic document management systems. Experience with legal case management software is preferred; experience with MyCase is a plus. Professional, client-focused demeanor with a positive attitude. Requirements Reliable computer with camera and microphone for virtual meetings and phone system access. Strong computer skills and proficiency with electronic file management. Ability to pass a criminal background check. Previous legal office experience is preferred but not required for candidates with strong administrative support experience.
