To support a growing educational technology ecosystem, the full-time salaried Learning Systems Administrator will manage the Learning Management System (LMS) environments, oversee platform governance, user access, and data accuracy while providing operational support remotely. Key responsibilities Oversee LMS platform administration, including configuration, user management, and performance monitoring Provide Tier 2 support for complex LMS-related issues and ensure data accuracy in collaboration with cross-functional teams Support adjacent educational technology systems and maintain documentation of LMS configurations and procedures Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Educational Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience 3-5 years of experience in systems administration or educational technology, preferably in a remote environment 1-2 years of experience using Google Workspace in a professional or academic setting Experience administering Learning Management Systems at the platform-administrator level Familiarity with interoperability standards such as OneRoster, LTI, or SAML is preferred
