Key Responsibilities Lead audience scoping and configuration reviews with stakeholders, ensuring accurate documentation and quality checks Process Business Learning Needs Requests and maintain LMS operations, including testing and configuration of eLearning and Instructor-Led training Collaborate with Learning Solutions Architects and HR teams to provide guidance on LMS capabilities and maintain compliance with regulatory standards Required Qualifications 5-10 years of experience in LMS platform administration, with at least 5 years specifically using SumTotal LMS 5 years of experience interpreting HR data for audience targeting 5 years of experience with ticketing systems and workflow tools Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
