**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nursing Home Administrator to oversee the efficient and compassionate operation of our nursing home facility. 3. **Resident Care:**

**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- Current state licensure as a Nursing Home Administrator.
- Proven experience in a leadership role within a nursing home or long-term care facility.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
