Signature Healthcare is seeking a highly qualified, fellowship-trained Orthopaedic Spine Surgeon to join our growing orthopedic team. As a member of our multidisciplinary orthopedic team, you will provide comprehensive surgical and non-surgical spine care while collaborating with physicians, advanced practice providers, rehabilitation specialists, and support staff to achieve the best possible outcomes for our patients.
Responsibilities
Evaluate, diagnose, and treat a wide range of spinal conditions and disorders.
Perform advanced spinal surgical procedures utilizing evidence-based practices and the latest technologies.
Develop individualized treatment plans and coordinate care across specialties.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical program development.
Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation in accordance with organizational standards.
Foster strong relationships with referring providers and community partners.
Qualifications
MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
Completion of an accredited Orthopaedic Surgery residency program.
Fellowship training in Spine Surgery required.
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopaedic Surgery.
Eligible for medical licensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
