About the Role Rare Plant Fairy is looking for a friendly, reliable Sales Associate to work our retail showroom at Belt Line Center in Detroit. You'll be the face of our shop on weekends, helping customers find the right plants, ringing up sales, and keeping the showroom looking great. Schedule Friday: 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM Saturday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM Sunday: 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM Approximately 16 hours per week. Reliable weekend availability is required. Pay $17 per hour, depending on experience. What You'll Do Greet customers and help them find plants and products that fit their needs Process sales transactions accurately using our POS system Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting showroom Answer basic plant care questions and point customers to more information as needed Assist with light restocking and merchandising What We're Looking For Retail or customer service experience preferred Plant or gardening knowledge is a big plus, but not required Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable talking with customers Dependable and punctual — able to work all three weekend shifts consistently Comfortable standing, lifting up to 25 lbs, and light physical tasks 1111 Bellevue Street #J-18808-Ljbffr
