About the Role:

Join ACTION POINT PHYSICAL THERAPY LLC as a Physical Therapy Aide and be part of a dynamic team dedicated to helping patients regain their mobility and strength. This role is perfect for those who are passionate about healthcare and want to make a positive impact in the lives of others.

Responsibilities:

• Assist physical therapists in preparing treatment areas and equipment.
• Help patients with exercises and mobility tasks under supervision when appropriate under physical therapist or PTA supervision.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the clinic environment and help to ensure linens are clean.
• Prepare and apply modalities as appropriate under physical therapist or PTA supervision.
• Prepare and manage patient documentation and files.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to patients.
• Monitor patient progress and report observations to therapists.
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including scheduling appointments and performing front desk work as ocassionally needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework in health sciences preferred.
• Previous experience in a healthcare setting is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Compassionate demeanor and a passion for helping others.
• Basic knowledge of anatomy and physiology is advantageous.
• Must be able to lift and assist patients as needed.
• Current CPR certification is preferred but not required.
