Job Description: PLC Programmer | Hudsonville, MI Salary Range: $70,000 - $109,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity We are collaborating with multiple companies in Hudsonville seeking experienced PLC Programmers. Key Responsibilities - Develop and implement PLC programs for automated manufacturing systems.
- Troubleshoot and debug existing PLC programs and control systems.
- Configure and integrate HMI applications for operator interface.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to define control system requirements.
- Perform routine maintenance, upgrades, and modifications to PLC-controlled equipment.
- Document PLC programs, control logic, and system configurations.
Recommended Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a related field.
- 3+ years experience programming PLCs (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, etc.) in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in HMI/SCADA development and configuration.
- Strong understanding of industrial networking protocols (EtherNet/IP, PROFINET, etc.).
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and debug complex automation systems.
- Experience with robotic integration and programming is a plus.
