IEP Therapy is seeking a dedicated School Psychologist to join our Educational Services team within the Healthcare & Medical Services department, providing high-quality psychological and educational support to students in K–12 school settings. As a School Psychologist with IEP Therapy, you will conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations, including cognitive, academic, social-emotional, and behavioral assessments, to help identify students’ strengths and needs. You will collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, related service providers, and families to develop, implement, and monitor individualized education programs (IEPs) and behavior intervention plans that support students’ access to the general education curriculum. In this role, you will provide direct and indirect services such as individual and group counseling, crisis intervention, social skills training, and behavioral consultation. You will use evidence-based practices to address learning difficulties, emotional and behavioral challenges, and social skills deficits, while promoting positive school climates and student well-being. You will participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, contribute to eligibility determinations and progress reviews, and maintain timely, accurate documentation in accordance with school district, state, and federal special education regulations. IEP Therapy fosters a supportive and collaborative culture in which School Psychologists are encouraged to share expertise, seek consultation, and engage in continuous learning. You will work alongside speech-language pathologists, occupational therapists, and other special education professionals, ensuring a coordinated and student-centered approach to services. IEP Therapy emphasizes personalized care, culturally responsive practices, and family engagement, empowering you to make a meaningful impact on each student’s educational experience. The ideal candidate is knowledgeable about IDEA, Section 504, RTI/MTSS frameworks, and best practices in school-based assessment, counseling, and consultation. You are comfortable managing a caseload across multiple school sites, prioritizing tasks, and communicating effectively with diverse stakeholders. IEP Therapy supports professional growth by providing access to continuing education resources, clinical support, and opportunities to expand skills in specialized areas such as autism assessment, behavior analysis, and mental health interventions. Joining IEP Therapy as a School Psychologist offers the opportunity to directly improve student outcomes while advancing your own professional development in a collaborative and mission-driven environment.
