Overview Speech Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) - In-Home USC Metro Area, CA • Human Resources Job type: Full-time Come join us at Words & Motion Speech Therapy Group! Seeking part-time or full-time CA licensed SLPAs (Spanish bilingual a plus!) for in-home, Early Intervention (client ages 18 months - 3 years) speech therapy services. Service areas include: Los Angeles Zones A & B — Service area is South Central Los Angeles and surrounding areas with urgent need in Zone B: 90003, 90037, 90011, 90044 (Vermont-Slauson). Why WAM? SLP Field Supervisor – our Field Supervisors schedule in-home, tandem observations with our therapists, offering clinical guidance and fostering emotionally supportive relationships. Our pay rate is VERY competitive. 80-90% employer contribution of medical , dental and vision benefits for our full-time therapists with a minimum of 30 hours/week of billable services. Online resources, ASHA approved webinars, therapy ideas and free CEUs Therapy materials stipend for all f/t team members Progress and Exit Report writing paid at clinical rate up to 1 hour per report Responsibilities Provide in-home Early Intervention speech therapy services for clients ages 18 months to 3 years (50-minute sessions, 1:1). Collaborate with field supervisors for supervision, guidance, and clinically sound practices. Utilize digital platforms for charting, billing, and mileage tracking; maintain paperless workflow. Maintain flexible scheduling to fit client needs and therapist availability; in-clinic sessions may be available. Qualifications Valid CA SLPA license Reliable transportation, auto liability insurance and the ability to travel to scheduled client homes TB skin test and clear background check Must be able to carry up to 10 lbs.
