Duties and Responsibilities:

• Secure Premises: Patrol property, monitor surveillance equipment, and inspect buildings and access points.
• Prevent Losses: Report irregularities and inform violators of policies and procedures.
• Documentation: Complete reports by recording observations, occurrences, and reporting suspicious activities.
• Compliance: Maintain the organization’s stability by adhering to legal requirements.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Flexible with shift hours and days, including weekends and holidays.
• Must clear background check and drug screening.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Must obtain a guard card/license.
• Good judgment and strong communication skills.
• Excellent observation skills and situational awareness.
• Ability to think clearly under pressure and react quickly.
