Warehouse Associate

Now hiring for a Warehouse Associate Location: La Vergne, TN Pay Rate: $17.00 $17.75 per hour Schedules: 1st Shift | 7 AM 5:30 PM | Monday Thursday 3rd Shift | 9:30 PM 6:00 AM | Sunday Thursday Weekends | 7 AM 7 PM | Friday Sunday

Looking for warehouse associate jobs in La Vergne where every day keeps products moving? This opportunity lets you support warehouse operations through picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory handling while helping ensure orders are completed safely and accurately.

Requirements:

• Warehouse experience.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Experience in assembly, order picking, packaging, shipping, warehouse, or distribution environments preferred.
• Comfortable using RF scanners, inventory systems, and shipping software.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately verify SKUs, labels, and shipping documentation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and interruptions.
• Commitment to workplace safety, quality standards, teamwork, and continuous improvement practices.

Job Duties:

• Assemble products, package finished goods, and apply labels according to customer and quality specifications.
• Pick, verify, and stage inventory using a Pick-to-Light system and RF scanning equipment.
• Inspect products for damage or defects and report quality concerns promptly.
• Pack orders securely, ensure proper labeling and documentation, and prepare shipments for delivery.
• Palletize shipments, restock inventory, perform cycle counts, and maintain accurate inventory control.
• Support shipping operations, maintain a clean and safe work environment, and collaborate with team members to meet daily goals.
