Component Pay ; Drivers are paid through component pay, based on an amount for each mile driven$0.43 per mile, $10.00 per stop, $0.10 per unit. ultimately be based on the driver’s availability and their assigned routes.
Average Annual Earning $100,000.00
Sign on bonus $5,000, Paid out first installment ($2,500) after 6 months the remainder after 12 months period ($2,500)
