Key Responsibilities:
- Assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing prescription medications
- Manage inventory, including ordering, receiving, and stocking medications
- Maintain accurate patient records and medication profiles
- Provide information and support to patients regarding medication usage and health inquiries
- Ensure compliance with pharmacy laws and regulations
- Perform administrative tasks such as processing insurance claims and handling payments
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care
Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent; certification as a Pharmacy Technician preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in using pharmacy software and technology
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical terminology and medication management
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
