Dental Receptionist with Dental Assistant Experience
Job Description Financial and Claims Management: Proficiently handle insurance breakdowns, manage collections, and present complex treatment plans to patients clearly and effectively.
Insurance Handling: Manage the process of insurance aging and efficiently handle and submit insurance claims.
Scheduling: Coordinate and manage medical scheduling for a multi-provider practice.
Chairside Assisting: Provide excellent chairside assisting and maintain an exceptional chairside manner to support the dentist during procedures.
Workflow Management: Work efficiently and effectively to maintain an ideal clinical and administrative workflow.
Front Office Support: Perform necessary dental receptionist and front desk duties.
full-time $20 - $25 per hour

Workweek Structure: Primary 4-day work week (Monday through Thursday).
Operating Days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, with occasional Friday work required.
Typical Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Monday-Thursday); Friday hours are typically 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM when needed.
Weekends/Evenings: No evenings or weekends required.
Experience: Proven experience as a Dental Assistant is a must.
Administrative Skills: Proficiency in managing insurance claims, breakdowns, and presenting treatment plans.
Software: Must be comfortable and capable of working in a fully digital office environment.
Communication: Excellent communication skills (written and verbal, English language proficiency).
Attributes: Reliability, self-motivation, strong attention to detail, and well-organized team player attitude.
Certification: Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (EFDA) certification.
Software: Familiarity with Curve Dental software.
