What's in It for You? - $20.00 to $30.00 per hour, based on experience
- Full-time schedule, Monday through Friday, typically 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM
- Frequent 4-day work weeks depending on project schedules
- Overtime paid at 1.5x your hourly rate for hours worked over 40 in a workweek

- Mileage reimbursement when using a personal vehicle for approved work travel

Your New Role - Work with a field crew on petroleum infrastructure and environmental service projects based in and around Frankfort, Indiana
- Prepare trucks with the tools, equipment, and materials needed for each project
- Assist with the installation, maintenance, repair, and testing of petroleum systems
- Load, transport, organize, and maintain tools and equipment at job sites
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow company safety procedures and complete work according to quality standards
- Load equipment at the end of each project and prepare for upcoming work assignments
- Travel to project sites throughout Indiana as part of regular job duties

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to perform physical work and operate in outdoor environments
- Comfortable lifting equipment, working with tools, and performing manual labor
- Dependable, safety focused, and willing to learn
- Ability to work as part of a team and follow direction from lead technicians
- No prior industry experience required
