About the Role Senior Consultant – Legal Entity Management. The role focuses on enabling clients’ annual governance processes with emphasis on United States compliance, and supports governance structure reviews, corporate document assessments, and corporate data management. Responsibilities Structure, run, and play an execution role in the delivery of United States Legal Entity Management operating services. Develop thought leadership materials in Legal Entity Management and broader legal innovation. Monitor performance of LEM engagement delivery teams. Advise on proposals, planning, and preparation for Board of Directors' and stockholders' meetings. Assist with formation, maintenance, and dissolution of legal entities, including corporate compliance activities such as annual meetings, appointment of directors and officers, powers of attorney, annual reports, document preparation, etc. Identify, pursue and execute continuous service improvements through technology and process improvements. Required Qualifications Perform job responsibilities within a hybrid work model requiring US Tax professionals to co‑locate in person 2‑3 days per week. 3+ years of relevant legal, legal entity management, corporate secretarial, or alternative legal service industry experience. Bachelor’s degree. Experience with entity management lifecycle including annual compliance and event‑driven activities such as regular filings, drafting consent, and other entity management activities. Experience with legal technology and its application in the legal entity management space or contract lifecycle management. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other technology skills including Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Power BI, Tableau. Ability to travel up to 50% on average. One of the following active accreditations or willingness to obtain: Licensed CPA in state of practice/primary office if eligible to sit for the CPA. Licensed Attorney (or foreign equivalent). Enrolled Agent. PMP (Project Management Certification). Contract & Commercial Management (CCM) Certification Program. Certified Financial Analyst (CFA). PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (Project Management Institute‑ACP). Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP). Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP). Procurement or SAS® Certified Data Scientist. Paralegal Certification with a 4‑year degree. Other technical certifications including Six Sigma (Black Belt and Green Belt); Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer; Certified Systems Engineering Professional; Information Systems Security Architecture Professional (CISSP‑ISSAP); etc. Preferred Qualifications Attorney barred in a US jurisdiction. Experience in legal entity management, preferably in the financial services industry. Aptitude and commitment to continue learning various IT platforms and additional software skills. Lean Six‑Sigma and/or Project Management Professional certification. Knowledge and working experience with Legal Entity Management databases and complementary systems. Experience maintaining legal entity records and evaluating/remediating records. Benefits and Compensation Wage range: $95,900 to $203,060. Additional discretionary annual incentive program may apply based on performance.
